The Metropolitan Musical Theatre Company of SA Inc

Meet Some of our Knights!

We asked a few cast members about their characters and what they're most excited about

King Arthur – JETHRO PIDD
“Arthur is the straight man in a world of chaos, and that’s hilarious. He’s trying to complete this noble quest while everyone around him is being absolutely ridiculous. Finding the balance between playing it straight and getting the comedy is such a fun challenge. Plus, leading this talented cast on our quest is an absolute honor.”

Sir Robin – SAM DAVY
“Sir Robin is a coward, but he’s the most lovable coward you’ll ever meet. His song ‘You Won’t Succeed on Broadway’ is one of the funniest numbers I’ve ever performed. Without giving too much away, let’s just say it involves some surprising musical theatre references and a lot of energy. It’s going to bring the house down!”

The Lady of the Lake – KRISTIN STEFANOFF
“The Lady of The Lake, a self-proclaimed diva, manipulates and guides Arthur to the grail, and is the only one in the show who truly knows everything that’s going on. She is a singer’s dream – her songs are epic on so many levels. I’ve particularly loved working on my own twist of ‘Knights of the Round Table’.!”

Sir Lancelot – BRAD MARTIN
“Lancelot has a journey in this show that audiences might not expect if they only know the Monty Python film. His story is actually quite touching while still being hilarious. Plus, I get to work with an incredibly talented ensemble on some spectacular dance numbers. It’s the best of both worlds – comedy and genuine emotion.”
